Changes to Booking:Any changes to your booking, including the date or number of guests, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Age Requirement:Guests must be aged 18+ to participate in wine tasting.
Children:Children can be accommodated on request when accompanied by an adult, provided the total group size does not exceed four guests. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Cancellation Terms:Cancellations madewithin 48 hoursof the booking date will incur the full booking fee and can be rescheduled. Fees are not eligible for a refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances:In the event we need to change or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
